I’m a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping clients heal from their past and step into a purpose-driven life — one that is aligned with their core values. Many of the individuals I work with are ready to break free from anxiety, perfectionism, trauma’s lingering wounds, and negative patterns holding them back.Life’s hardships can leave us feeling discouraged, isolated, and hopeless. Whatever season you’re in right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone. As your counselor, I’ll hold onto hope until you rediscover it yourself—and remind you of your inherent strength until you feel it again. There is healing and growth waiting beyond your current pain.

I received my Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology and my experience and trainings include child advocacy work and trauma-informed therapy. I have been in private practice since 2022, working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practice, and I work through a holistic mind+body+spirit lens. I help you navigate what’s happening in your mind and body, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and rewrite the story you’re telling yourself — at a pace that feels safe and supportive.My clients are predominantly adults, new moms/moms in the postpartum period, college students, and anyone who may be impacted by wounds from past traumas.

While the therapeutic process is tailored specifically to each client, I often utilize a combination of CBT with mindfulness as my predominant approach. As we continue working together, we will usually begin incorporating components of narrative therapy. This looks like us working together to unpack your old stories, find missing chapters, and ultimately rewrite the ending. Narrative therapy helps to separate you from your “old” story — and start telling your story in a new way.Therapy should feel supportive, not intimidating. My style blends practical and effective tools with deep compassion and safety. This is not about “fixing” yourself- it’s about reconnecting with who you are, and coming home to yourself.
